Belinda’s natural ability to find clarity and direction in the midst of chaos is a skill worth sharing. An experienced senior leader with credentials in conversational intelligence and NeuroLeadership, Belinda is a leading voice on mindset and leadership through change and uncertainty.

With over 20 years in leadership positions across Australia’s largest organisations like News Limited, AVJennings and Macquarie Bank, Belinda has been able to guide senior leaders to adapt, level-up and influence their workplace in changing times. She is also passionate about building trust and teamwork in any professional setting, allowing anyone to put aside their differences and focus on the work that matters most.
