Rob Pyne’s background on leadership, strategy, management and entrepreneurship – combined with a degree in psychology – has led to a fascination with how people think, how they make decisions, and how we can do it better.

After an award-winning career in marketing and strategy roles in multinational companies, in 2013 Rob founded Realizer - the first Australian company to specialise in helping leaders improve their decision-making through training and coaching.
Rob’s approach is based on his background in psychology – through applying some of the counter-intuitive findings about how we make decisions and how we sometimes get it wrong. Realizer has searched out, tested and invented the best tools that are proven to work for experienced leaders in real business decisions, high value negotiations – and in life.
