‘Keeping cool’ in the face of adversity

Belinda’s natural ability to find clarity and direction in the midst of chaos is a skill worth sharing. An experienced senior leader with credentials in conversational intelligence and NeuroLeadership, Belinda is a leading voice on mindset and leadership through change and uncertainty.

With over 20 years in leadership positions across Australia’s largest organisations like News Limited, AVJennings and Macquarie Bank, Belinda has been able to guide senior leaders to adapt, level-up and influence their workplace in changing times. She is also passionate about building trust and teamwork in any professional setting, allowing anyone to put aside their differences and focus on the work that matters most.

She attributes her skillsets to her credentials in executive coaching, conversational intelligence and NeuroLeadership, as well as being part of the Brosnan family’s giant Christmases (shared with 21 aunts and uncles). If anyone was prepared to help others be heard in the chaos, it’s Belinda.

Recognised as QLD Telstra’s Business Women’s Awards winner for Start-Up in 2015, Belinda continues to share her experience as an advocate and investor with The Hunger Project, and has led immersion programs in Uganda, Malawi, India, and Senegal.

Described as focused and collected, Belinda is also equally as driven to succeed against any crisis. She is passionate about giving people the opportunity to lead an expansive life on their terms for the betterment of those around them.
