Tenille Bentley is an international transformational speaker and author, travelling the world stages pursuing her journey to be of service to the human family. She is a highly sought after speaker, global online broadcaster with her online channel Digital Consciousness TV, Consciousness Coach, Contemporary Thought Leader, Board Director & Business Leader.
Tenille has been recognised by the Australian Prime Minister with The Australian Leadership Award presented to only 20 people in Australia, for her work in Digital Media and Philanthropy, she also was awarded the Australian Financial Review Top 100 Australia’s Women of Influence and State Finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year and inducted into the Western Australian Women’s Hall of Fame by The Governor and a state finalist for the Australian Institute of Management.
She completed her Australian Institute of Directors qualification and sits on the following boards; Radio Rentals (SA), she completed a term on the iinet board (a publicly listed ASX 200 company), The Global Good Foundation, Secrets in the Garden Pty Ltd and she holds extensive experience in working with some of the largest brands at a board level on digital/social and marketing strategies.
Tenille has had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with the great minds of Oprah, Richard Branson, Deepak Chopra, John Demartini and many more. Tenille consistently challenges her level of conscious and subconscious awareness, delving deep into philosophy, mythology, human behaviour, quantum physics and neuroscience in her spare time.
From the early age of 21, Tenille has a track record in property investing and the arts, By 24 she had her first ‘entrepreneurial seizure’ whilst working in a senior position in the oil and gas industry and underground coal gasification. She kicked it off by building three businesses within the first year of her entrepreneur life. Her recent company has seen her build one of the largest social media agencies in under 2 years reaching a turnover of $2M and managing some of the largest brands in Australia on social media, her track record in this space is the longest in it’s industry and manages social media for some of the largest and best-known brands in Australia.
She has built and run one of Australia’s longest and most experienced social media agencies, working with thousands of brands in social media, and played a strong role in facilitating the shift in communication with some of the largest brands in Australia and also globally.
Tenille has lead the shift in communication into the online space for these brands and educated them to understand how to gain the biggest impact. She has successfully converted thinking and the past culture of “doing business” to some of the most prominent boards in Australia and effectively connected community and commerce together to build a more authentic way of doing business in the modern era. She is currently heading up Digital Consciousness, using social/digital media for messages of good, working with businesses that enhance humanity.
Tenille’s call to life is living her adventure, experiencing as much as she can during this human experience and serving her community with a balance of heart and head logic. She believes in letting peoples light shine whilst understanding that change only comes to each individual when they are inspired to do so. She also has a passion for the arts and culture playing piano, playing in orchestras and a previous life as a professional singer, and loves to write, as she begins her journey into being an author.
