Holding a PhD in Organisational Psychology, Amantha understands how science can help benefit any business and company. She has applied her knowledge and foundered an award-winning innovation consultancy Inventium, which works with clients to put tactical techniques into place. Additionally, she co-created the BRW Most Innovative Companies List, which her consultancy organises and ranks Australia’s top innovators.
Often featured across all media types, Amantha has appeared on Today, Mornings with Kerri-Anne, BRW, Australian Financial Review, The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and ABC Radio. She also a regular columnist, writing about science-based innovation for Australian Business Solutions and Leading Company, and has written a book titled ‘The Creativity Formula: 50 scientifically proven creativity boosters for work and for life’, which helps readers to creatively solve problems and allow more innovations into the market.
