Masterchef Star and Everyday Gourmet host
Justine Schofield’s passion for cooking and food is endless, and her skills have taken her to national fame.
Her love of food stems from both her parents - her passion for French cuisine from her mother and her unwavering determination from her father. Justine’s mum taught her to enjoy the pleasures of food and life, and learn about the incredible world she lives in. Fuelled by her love of food and passion for travel, Schofield set out to France and become inquisitive about food heritage and cemented her passion for cooking.
In 2009, Justine entered the competition ‘MasterChef’. Her calm personality and endless skills saw her ace through the audition process and continue onto the competition. Justine impressed the judges with her extensive food familiarity and ingenuity. She came fourth overall in the competition.
Continuing on from ‘MasterChef’ saw Justine film her own daily food show titled ‘Everyday Gourmet’, which is now in its sixth season on Network Ten. She has also worked as a food commentator on Channel Nine’s ‘A Current Affair’, as well as appearing nation-wide to cook at events and work with several charities.
In 2012, Schofield returned to the ‘MasterChef’ kitchen for ‘MasterChef All Stars’. She reunited with pervious contestants from Series One, Two and Three, where she finished in the top four and raised $5,000 for charity.

Justine Schofield is the poster girl for today’s busy, motivated career woman. Between filming her daily food show, ‘Everyday Gourmet’ on Channel Ten and running her boutique catering company, she doesn’t have much free time. Yet somehow, Justine manages to appear at food events all over Australia and work with various charities. A fan favourite of ‘MasterChef’ series one, years on Justine has well and truly established herself as a familiar and well-respected face of the Australian food and media industry.
