Barry Du Bois is a keynote speaker, resilience educator, leadership coach and creator of the High-Performance Humans (HPH) framework a growing body of work focused on strengthening resilience, emotional capability, communication, and human connection in modern life.
Drawing on a lifetime of lived experience through physical injury, grief, infertility, borrowed trauma, depression and an ongoing battle with cancer, Barry has become one of Australia’s most authentic and impactful voices on resilience, wellbeing and human performance.
With a background spanning construction, property development, media and advocacy, Barry brings a rare ability to connect with everyone from frontline workers and tradespeople through to executives, leadership teams and government organisations.
