OVERVIEW
Facilitated by sisters Debbie Lee (AFL Hall of Fame inductee and high-performance leader, Melbourne) and Julie-Anne Lee, CEC (Certified Transformation & Mindset Coach, Los Angeles based), this workshop brings together over 25 years of combined experience in elite sport, high-performance coaching, and leadership development. Drawing from their backgrounds both on and off the field, they deliver practical, mindset driven tools that empower women to lead with clarity, confidence, and inner strength— without losing themselves in the process.
OUTLINE:
Part 1: Real Talk, Real Leadership
A facilitated interactive discussion that builds immediate trust, creates connection among participants, and lays the foundation for the mindset work to follow. It surfaces the internal and external challenges women face in leadership roles— setting the stage for honest insight and transformational growth.
Part 2: The Inner EDGE Method
Overview Real leadership starts from the inside-out—when your internal clarity, confidence, and composure shape your external results. This method resets your inner environment to create lasting performance, resilience, and impact.
3 Steps:
1. Reset – Identify and release the stories, beliefs, and internal narratives keeping you reactive, self-critical, or stuck in over-functioning.
2. Rewire – Disrupt outdated beliefs and replace them with aligned thoughts, language, and identity. Reinforce a new internal narrative rooted in self-worth and leadership clarity.
3. Respond from Power – Apply your mindset in real-world moments—leading with grounded confidence, emotional regulation, and clarity under pressure.
Part 3: Tools in Action - Real Life Application
Part 4: A Daily Practice
1. Gratitude – Shift your mindset by focusing on what’s working and grounding in the present.
2. Affirmations & Meditation – Rewire your thoughts and create internal clarity through short, consistent practices.
3. Inner Alignment – Consciously lead your day from the identity of your Avatar self— making decisions, communicating, and showing up as the version of you
