James Adonis

James Adonis is a multi-talented motivational speaker who specialises in employee engagement and team leader education.  Currently undertaking a PhD, researching change and crisis management and how to maintain an engaged workforce whilst managing change.  Adonis also has qualifications in marketing management, political science and business leadership.  Previously, James served as President of the National Speakers Association of Australia in NSW.  He was the youngest person in the Association’s history to hold this honour.

Managing a team of over 100 staff by the time he was twenty-four, James has gained extensive knowledge and experience in various industries. A major influencer in staff retention, Adonis has successfully achieved 100% staff retention with no attrition for two years surpassing industry standard but best practice worldwide.  Adonis assisted and supported another team to achieve key performance indicators for 100 weeks consecutively, which is unprecedented.

Reaching out in print to over 200,000 people per month, James is a regular contributor and expert advisor on people management for Fairfax news.  His articles are published nationally.
