Fiona is the founder of The Happiness Hunter, co-host of #BusinessAddicts The Podcast and author of The Happiness Hunter’s Guide to Meditation. The Happiness Hunter teaches and empowers people how to change their lives with the strategies, tools and mindset shifts required to live an abundant, successful and happy life, free of stress and anxiety. Her services include life coaching and healing services, workshops, retreats, keynote presentations and corporate wellbeing programs with a focus on life integration instead of work life balance.
She also organises free community walks throughout Australia in an effort to increase happiness through human connection and was interviewed about it by Channel 9 in August 2017. #BusinessAddicts The Podcast was listed as one of the top 20 business podcasts by Smart Company in 2016 and is shortlisted as a finalist in the Business & Marketing category for the Australian Podcast Awards in 2018.
From the busy corporate world in the UK and Australia, to small and medium business consulting, and through her own life experiences and entrepreneurial journey, Fiona started to realise that maybe we have got things the wrong way around – that instead of looking at the business, the focus needed to be at an individual level, and on understanding what living a happy and successful life really means, first.
Fiona’s whole life is now based on sharing her learnings on how to live life well (and build great businesses at the same time), and she walks the talk in every area of her life. On teaching that making the attainment of our entire wellbeing our number one priority naturally leads to happy and successful people… and better businesses. Otherwise – what is the point? What are we really striving for if all of our measures of success are externally focused and we are so busy striving for them that we forget that the purpose of our lives is to be happy and to feel fulfilled in all areas of our lives (including at work)?
