Chelsea is a leading authority on productivity, mindfulness, and wellbeing. For 12 years, Chelsea worked in the corporate world in a senior role. She was known as a high performer and for her extraordinary work ethic, having delivered results for various organisations. 

After suffering from severe Post-Natal Depression (PND) in 2015, Chelsea made it her mission to reset the corporate agenda, asking businesses to prioritise their employees’ mental health. During her recovery, she adopted a new way of living, retraining her mind and integrating new tools into her life to manage and optimise her mental health. 

Her company was designed to support businesses and their employees to care for their mental health and to sustain and optimise their wellbeing in and outside of the office, helping them recalibrate their brains and create more success in their works and lives. Her clients range from the big four banks and The Australian Defense Force to global brands such as eBay, Uber, Estee Lauder and Mercedes Benz.        

In 2017, Chelsea became an ambassador for the Gidget Foundation, which was created to support the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents to ensure they receive timely, appropriate and specialist care.

Dynamic, brilliant, and inspirational, Chelsea is also an international motivational speaker. She combines science and personal anecdotes to share practical tools for business to build a positive, high-performance mindset.
