Stephanie has completed nearly a decade’s worth of tertiary education in psychology, neuropsychology, positive psychology and organisation dynamics; as well as five professional accreditations in validated psychometric tools – she has acquired and developed a uniquely deep and intricate understanding of the dynamics of individuals, teams and organisations at work, and how these dynamics can best be managed and utilised. 

As a management consultant with Nous Group for seven years, Stephanie established strong foundations in the business world; this led her to become the in-house Performance Partner at Swisse Wellness, where she coached the executive and senior leadership teams towards a record company sale of $1.6 billion in 2014.

2015 saw Stephanie found her own practice in Bryon Bay. Here, she delivers strategy creation and leadership development initiatives with CEO’s spanning an assortment of industries, helping their teams achieve stronger alignment, clarity and devotion to their respective causes. 

Her mission is to steer people to live and lead purpose driven and success lives, and so far, she’s had a proven track record of doing so. Her expertise and virtuosity cannot be overstated.
