Shirley McKinnon is an international author, speaker, master coach and business consultant. She is the founder of McKinnon Sales Centre Pty Ltd, which trains managers and team leaders how to develop high performance teams.
She holds extensive business experience and a seventh sense for human nature. Shirley uses experiential training to train teams and their managers to consistently exceed budget through new levels of peak performance. She has run focus groups, designed and conducted sales training, Sales Management coaching, pre-start training, and consults on how to find and hire Deal Makers.
Shirley is a rare professional speaker who manages to combine practical content with style, humour and energy. Her passion breathes new enthusiasm into her audience, delighting them with her uncanny observations on human nature and leaves them with practical steps on how to move their team to the next level of success.
