Tim Robards

Promoting fitness and healthy living around the world

As one of Australia’s most chiselled and recognisable faces, Tim Robards has dedicated his entire career to promoting better health, fitness and clean living across the globe.

Born and raised in Newcastle, Tim spent much of his late teenage years as a successful model. But upon discovering a love of sport and fitness, he pursued a tertiary education in physics, before transferring over to a Bachelor of Medical Science at Wollongong University. He complemented his degree with a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.

Now a successful chiropractor with his own practice in Sydney, Tim continues to share his professional insight across a range of national health campaigns. In 2015, he launched The Robards Method, his very own fitness program designed for ordinary Australians to build healthier and more active lifestyles. Encompassing advice across exercise, nutrition and diet, subscribers have evolved into a healthier version of themselves thanks to the TRM program.

Tim has also contributed his health and exercise philosophies in his first published book 'The 7:2:1 Plan', which was published by Pan Macmillan in 2017.

A beloved and prolific media personality, Tim had a leading role in the first ever Australian adaptation of ‘The Bachelor’, launching his career into stardom. He’s also made guest appearances across Australian TV shows, including ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’, ‘Dancing With The Stars’ and ‘Australian Ninja Warrior’.

Australians will also witness Tim’s fitness and health expertise be put to the test as he competes in the 2023 season of SAS Australia.

Tim has appeared on the cover of over 25 Men’s Health magazines around the world, and regularly contributes to a range of health and fitness publications. He has also been a proud ambassador for a range of global brands, including Handsome Skincare, Jeep, MYER, Calvin Klein, and Westfield.

Tim is also a proud supporter of the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Run Australia.
