As a Career Architect, Executive Director, Non-Executive Director and Executive Coach, Deborah Wilson understands how to work hard and reach potential. She is passionate about assisting organisations in getting the fullest out of all of their employees and create passion within the workplace.
Deborah believes that holding passion in a career is important in acheiving success. She also stresses the importance of having a career that aligns with the individuals intersts, skills, values and beliefs.
With over twenty years of experience in the recruitment sector, she understands the challenges that both individuals and businesses face, including sales culture, global transformation and digital disruption.
Since 2009, Deborah has refined her focus onto transforming the careers of others. She understands how confronting the question of choosing a career can be and aims to assist those in choosing their right pathway.
Career planning is important for everyone to do, especially if they are experiencing unhappiness in the workplace.
In 2014, Deborah recieved the Award for Australia's CEO Challenge Winner for campaigning to raise both funds and awareness for domestic violence. Competing against other Australian Executives for a mere six months, Deborah managed to raise over $85,000 as well as designing and developing a return to work job search program for women whose lives have been affected by domestic violence. She is a passionate advocate for stopping domestic violence.
Deborah regularly shares her knowledge with those around her including being featured on Nova 106.9 Brisbane, Women’s Network Australia, and the Financial Review. She is available to share her knowledge, advice and experiences through media, MC and speaking engagements.
