Author, trusted advisor and speaker, Ian Berry understands the business side of companies. He is knowledgeable about 21st century leadership, management as well as change and performance leadership.
From 1974 – 1991, Berry enjoyed a successful career in the corporate finance sector. He held Branch, Regional and State managerial roles in three states, during which he received multiple awards for his leadership skills, results and development of people.
Since then, he has helped strengthen businesses in over 40 countries by changing their leadership skills and helping them overcome challenges.
Ian has also been an active member on the boards of eight organisations and has been a key contributor to their success and growth. One of the businesses he worked with achieved over a 570% growth in a mere five years.
As well as being involved directly with organisations, Ian has also authored an influential book titled ‘Changing What’s Normal’, which has helped many other businesses.
His extensive list of clients includes AVIS, AXA Asia Pacific, Bendigo bank, Bombardier, Crowe Horwath, EMI, Jones Lang LaSalle, Plan Australia, Oxfam Shop, Queenslanders Credit Union, Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Smurfit Kappa UK, Volkswagen as well as many more.
