Ian Berry is an author, advisor, and speaker who understands the business side of companies and organisations. Speaking on the topics of leadership, management, change, and performance, Ian creates measurable changes in his audiences.

Between 1974 and 1991, Ian worked in the corporate finance sector, holding Branch, Regional and State managerial roles across three states. His work saw him receive several awards for his leadership and people development skills. 

Ian has since helped strengthen business nationally and internationally, working to change their leadership strategies and overcome challenges. His clients include AVIS, Bendigo Bank, Oxfam Shop, Queenslanders Credit Union, Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Smurfit Kappa UK, Volkswagen, as well as many more.

Sitting on several organisational boards, Ian has been a key contributor to the success and growth of eight organisations, including one business that saw over 500% growth in five years. 

Ian has authored and released his own book, titled ‘Changing What’s Normal’.

Boasting a unique understanding of leadership and management, Ian delivers a presentation that helps to change things without being overwhelming. He has spoken at over two thousand events, and currently holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. He is able to tailor his presentation to suit any event and audience.
