Fiona has a captivating blend of life experiences, paired with a strong understanding of how the power of the mind can profoundly impact anyone's life. Her diverse journey as a corporate lawyer, Olympian, business owner, cancer survivor, and mother has provided her with a wealth of stories and insights. Through her unique path, she has discovered that we have the ability to shape our mindset and to optimize our happiness, well-being, and overall performance in life.

In this world, there exists a distinction between those who possess the knowledge to harness the potential of their minds and those who do not. Fiona believes in the profound capacity of individuals to know themselves, understand their wants and needs, and ultimately master these aspects to lead their happiest and healthiest lives. Fiona's mission is to equip people with the tools they need to unlock this potential.

Fiona's journey towards this mindset began during her university studies while representing the Australian Women's Hockey Team, the Hockeyroos. It was a period marked by resilience-building experiences, including winning a gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and competing in the 2012 London Olympics.

Following her retirement from the Hockeyroos and the commencement of her corporate legal career, Fiona faced an unexpected twist when she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. This challenging experience, while initially shocking, ultimately transformed her perspective and approach to life in a profoundly positive way.

Following her recovery and over the next decade, Fiona continued to accumulate knowledge and life experiences in the corporate world. During this period, she also welcomed three children and supported her husband in his fight against stage four cancer.

Today, Fiona is the proud owner and operator of a consulting business focused on performance and mindset enhancement. She enjoys a fulfilling marriage with the love of her life and cherishes her role as a mother to their three children.

Fiona shares her extraordinary life story and the valuable lessons she has learned as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and panelist. Her narrative encompasses her journey to becoming an Olympian, her triumph over cancer (twice), her decade-long corporate career, and her entrepreneurial endeavors.
