Andrew May is recognised as one of the world’s leading strategists in workplace performance, resilience, and leadership. He delivers scientifically proven strategies that foster lasting change in the workplace and on the track. He has a knack for blending science (psychology, neuroscience, physiology) with practical experience working in high-performance sport and business.
Andrew is a former middle-distance runner who was an assistant coach at the Tasmania AIS. He worked with a number of Olympians in a range of different sports, and soon became the Physical Performance manager for the Australian Cricket Team. He has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology and a Masters in Coaching Psychology and is gearing up for a PHD in Performative Psychology.
Andrew built Executive Health Solutions Co., which is Australia’s largest provider of executive health assessments. In 2016, Andrew sold The Performance Clinic to KPMG, where he worked as a partner for 3 years.
Andrew’s clients span across the world, and the reason why is clear; as CEO of StriveStronger, Andrew and his team partner with organisations to formulate and instil cultures of Wellbeing.
Andrew is also a bestselling author; his most recent book, MatchFit, has sold over 75,000 copies. He has a regular segment on ABC News Breakfast and is a coach and confidante to many of Asia Pacific’s leading CEO’s, executives, and entrepreneurs. He also leads the Paramatta Eels NRL Team as their Mental Skills Coach.
