Melissa Clark-Reynolds is widely recognised as an inspirational role model and business leader. She is a Digital Strategist and Professional Director , holding over 25 years experience as an entrepreneur and in the business start-up community.
Melissa has been CEO of a number of technology companies and is a Governor of Radio NZ, and sits on the Boards of ACCURO Insurance, Jasmax, and Softed. She is a Member of MPI’s Primary Growth Partnership Investment Advisory Panel and Chairs the LINZ Risk & Audit Committee.
After taking a couple of years off, Melissa now invests in businesses and provides 'capable capital' - providing both investment and hands on entrepreneurial capability to turn the businesses around. She is currently involved with a manufacturing company, a children's learning business and is Chief Executive of INTAZ Ltd (a health and safety software and solutions company), in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Passionate about entrepreneurship, Melissa represented New Zealand at the APEC Forum on encouraging Women Entrepreneurs. She was also a judge for EY Entrepreneur of the Year in both 2000 and 2004, was featured in Her Business magazine's Hall of Fame and was named as one of the 150 most powerful women in New Zealand Business in Unlimited Magazine in 2002.
She has been featured in a number of books including 'Success in New Zealand Business V2' , 'A New Generation of Business Leaders', 'Living Life Out Loud' and 'The Kiwi Effect'. She has also been on the cover of both 'Her Business' and 'Management Magazines'.
