The Picasso Factor brings out the creative side of it's particpants. With an aim to increase collaboration, teamwork, communication and creativity, the workshop challenges and isnpires participants.
After a quick lesson in painting, shapes and colour, the group is challenged to make a masterpiece.
Co-operation is key, as painters work harmoniously to produce a shared art piece.
The Picasso Factor provide everything needed for the creation and is able to customise the workshop if there is a particular piece of art that you would like to create, something that ties in with the theme of your conference, or a company advertising image.
Making a piece everyone is proud of sees collaboration take place and strengthen the bongs between team members.
The end result is a masterpiece of collective teamwork, and a lasting reminder of how great things can happen when people work together, which can be displayed in the workplace.
