A prominent businesswoman and committed philanthropist, the conscious capitalist Gina Miller has been a key facilitator and sponsor for reports on the charity sector, social justice, and modern day slavery. She is passionate about exploring social justice topics in the corporate environment, including how companies can build trust and transparency.
Gina is the co-founder of SCM Direct, a London-based digital wealth management company. With 100% transparency as part of its core values, the low-cost and ethics-focused organisation has been disrupting the investment industry since its inception.
In recognition of her business achievements, Gina has received many accolades, including The 2017 Most Influential Black Person in the UK, as well as the Political Studies Association’s Campaigner of the Year in 2017.
Gina is also passionate about impacting politics and the law, having challenged the UK Government over Brexit in 2016 and 2019 to successes across the High Court and Supreme Court. She was also influential in the landmark Supreme Court decision which saw Boris Johnson’s prorogation of Parliament as being unlawful.
