Tina Tower's dynamic energy is infectious. With over 13 years of entrepreneurial experience and a long track record of building and selling multiple successful businesses, Tina has the expertise to customise keynotes and workshops that resonate with any audience. 

From the humble beginnings of a small suburban tutoring centre, Tina transformed the national ‘Begin Bright’ franchise, a school readiness and primary tutoring curriculum, from an idea into a thriving network with 33 sites across Australia. In 2016, the franchise was acquired by Cognition Education, and Tina remained as a member of the Begin Bright Board.

Tina’s achievements have been recognised by numerous prestigious business awards, including accolades from ‘My Business Magazine’, the ‘Australian Small Business Champions’, and the esteemed title of 2014 Telstra ‘Young Business Woman of the Year’. In 2016, Tina was named in The Educator Magazine Hotlist as one of the Top 20 people shaping education in Australia, and has since been featured in ‘The Australian Financial Review’ and ‘Sky News Business Channel’.

In 2017, Tina commenced the role as entrepreneur in Australia’s largest and most influential community for women, ‘Residence for Business Chicks’. As well as being a business consultant, where she assists business owners to grow their businesses through peak performance, and teaches corporates how to become more entrepreneurial and innovative by encouraging culture improvement and business practices. In the same year, Tina also launched the film production company, ‘Nikhedonia Productions’, and is currently in the process of advancing her book and film projects toward production.

Having navigated all aspects of business ownership firsthand, Tina’s expertise ranges from marketing and accounting to curriculum design, team management, and beyond, offering a wealth of practical knowledge to share with her audience.
