Susie ensures everything she advocates for is realistic and applicable to every individual.
When she is not writing or speaking to corporates on all areas of health, nutrition and performance, she maintains a busy practice at a leading sports medicine facility in Sydney. Here she helps children, adults and athletes work towards achieving their individual health and weight loss goals.
