Beau Vernon

Learn how to overcome any obstacle to acheive

Overcoming a life-changing situation to achieve, Beau Vernon holds an incredible story of resilience and perseverance.

At the age of 23, Beau suffered a freak accident whilst playing Australian Rules football. Left a quadriplegic, Beau had no control of his fingers or any movement from the chest down. Over eight months, he lived in hospital and rehabilitation facilities, facing numerous physical and emotional battles. However, Beau’s resilience and positive attitude shone through.

Beau has used his accident as a way to strengthen not only his own resilience but others, dedicating his life to helping others through public speaking. Not shying away from sport, he has also won a Hand Cycling National Championship, and even returned to Aussie Rules.

Teaching audiences strategies to enable them to overcome any obstacle, Beau has discovered the effect and influence our thoughts, emotions, gratitude, and support has on our own resilience levels. He is passionate about showing people how we are so much more capable than we give ourselves credit for.
