Rachel’s journey began in radio, where she hosted and produced some of Australia’s most popular programs. From breakfast shows on major networks like Hit 929 Perth, Triple M Melbourne, and NOVA 969 Sydney, to national broadcasts such as Merrick and the Highway Patrol and Hot 30 Countdown, Rachel’s on-air presence has entertained audiences nationwide. Her transition to podcasting was equally remarkable, with her portfolio boasting over ten successful shows, including Google Australia's first podcast, Rethink. Her work in podcasting has earned her numerous accolades, with shows like Lady Startup, The Split, and The Quicky winning industry awards for their innovation and impact.

As Head of Podcasts at Mamamia from 2017 to 2020, Rachel expanded the network from 15 to over 35 shows, quadrupling its audience to over a million unique monthly listeners.
