Erin Molan is one of Australia’s most popular television and radio presenters, with over two decades of experience as a journalist and broadcaster under her belt. Known for her engaging presence, Erin currently hosts her own primetime current affairs show, "Erin", on Sky News Australia every Friday night at 5pm. She also co-hosts the popular breakfast radio show "Hughesy, Ed and Erin" on 2Day FM and is a columnist for the Daily Telegraph and Stellar Magazine.
Beyond her broadcasting career, Erin is a passionate advocate for online safety, successfully establishing the "Online Safety Act", referred to by former Prime Minister Scott Morrison as "Erin's Law", in 2021. As a passionate leader for change, Erin’s advocacy and campaign work stems from personal experiences with online abuse, highlighting her commitment to protecting Australians in the digital age.
Erin’s impressive career includes over a decade as a sports and news presenter at Channel 9, where she made history as the first female host of the NRL Footy Show and 2GBs Continuous Call Team. Passionate about politics, national security and foreign affairs, Erin can also be seen as a proud ambassador of various charities, including Bowel Cancer Australia, Syd2Camera, Tresillian, and Dreams2Live4, using her platform to support causes close to her heart.
In addition to her media roles and advocacy, Erin is an accomplished sailor, having participated in the world’s most dangerous open race, the Sydney to Hobart yacht race, twice, including as part of the world record-breaking team, Perpetual Loyal. She is also the proud designer and owner of "By Erin", a world-first baby range of innovative baby singlets that simplify dressing for parents, inspired by her daughter Eliza.
