As a CEO, Board Director, and international leadership expert, Professor Gary Martin delivers insight into anything workplace and leadership related. 

At the beginning of 2012 Gary started his role as CEO and Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Management in Western Australia (AIM WA), where he was responsible for leading all aspects of the Institute’s business. Gary had an emphasis on building leadership and management abilities both in nationally and internationally.

Currently, Gary sits as Chair of Telethon Speech and Hearing in Perth. 

He is currently, Western Australia, and is a former Chair of Study Perth (2008-2011).

Previously, Gary worked in several executive level positions at Murdoch University, including Executive Dean, Pro Vice Chancellor, Deputy Vice Chancellor and Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor.

With extensive experience and expertise in leadership and management development, Gary shares his knowledge with the media, regularly writing columns for The West Australian, Sunday Times and Perth Now.

Gary speaks on the topics of workplaces, including insights into trends, ageism, bullying and emotional intelligence. He is able to tailor his presentations to suit any audience and enjoys helping create measurable, positive changes in the workplace.
