Michael Cheika is a world-class rugby coach and former professional player renowned for his strategic brilliance, leadership, and ability to transform teams at the highest level. With a career spanning elite club and international rugby, he has built a reputation for driving success through innovation, resilience, and a deep understanding of the game.
Cheika first made his mark as head coach of Leinster, leading the club to a historic Heineken Cup victory in 2009. He then returned to Australia to take the NSW Waratahs to their first-ever Super Rugby title in 2014, a triumph that secured his appointment as head coach of the Australian national team. Under his leadership, the Wallabies reached the 2015 Rugby World Cup final, showcasing his ability to elevate teams to peak performance on the world stage.
