Kylee Stone is a brand builder, leadership coach, and internationally recognised storyteller known for her ability to inspire courageous, values-led leadership in times of complexity and change. A LinkedIn Top Voice during the height of the pandemic and a descendant of the Stolen Generation of the Wakka Wakka and Kulluli nations peoples, Kylee brings together ancient wisdom, neuroscience, and lived experience to redefine what leadership looks like in a human-centred world.

With over 25 years across media, communications, and leadership, including over 20 years working with leaders and organisations in transformation, Kylee has earned a reputation for helping people move beyond surface-level fixes and into deep, meaningful impact. Her work challenges traditional hierarchal models of leadership, replacing them with an approach grounded in authenticity, compassion, and purpose; what she calls leadership with #NoTitleRequired.

Kylie’s journey has been shaped by resilience. After two decades climbing the corporate ladder, she encountered the limitations of traditional leadership structures, particularly while navigating motherhood, wellbeing, and ambition simultaneously. Determined to lead without compromise, she set out the create a new paradigm where leaders align their actions with their Vision, Values, Mission and Purpose, and in doing so, unlock their full potential even amidst adversity.

Certified in the Neuroscience of Resilience and High Adversity Training, Kylee combines scientific insight with the transformative power of storytelling, a craft she has honed over nearly three decades. Her intrinsic talent in connecting personal narrative with purpose creates profound moments of clarity, belonging, and momentum for individuals and teams alike. She is also a global ambassador for Driven Resilience, the world’s leading resilience app, and has partnered with major organisations, including Qantas, on large-scale wellbeing and leadership programs.

Kylee is Founder and CEO of The Performance Code, host of the Uncharted Leader Podcast, and Founder and Chief Storyteller of Team Women Australia, a not-for-profit dedicated to uniting women through the power of shared personal stories. She is also the APAC Partner of Design House Collective, working alongside global leaders in design thinking, business engineering, and organisational transformation.
