Shannan Ponton’s fitness career spans over 25 years. He is passionate about all things health and lifestyle, and aims to teach audiences the importance of wellness, work life balance and setting and achieving goals,

Having built an extensive experience and knowledge over his career, Shannan understands all things fitness including exercise, nutrition, health, motivation and people management. He has designed and delivered innovative personal training, fitness, motivational and general life solutions, providing people with the tools to overhaul their lives.

Shannan’s approach to health and wellbeing combines respect, integrity and discipline, which enables him to connect with people and get the most out of them. He encourages people to push themselves harder than ever and achieve big goals.

In 2016, Shannan appeared on Series 11 of ‘The Biggest Loser’ working to transform participant’s bodies and mind. He has also appeared on ‘The Living Room’ and ‘Studio Ten’ as well as spent time as co-host of Sea FM on the Gold Coast.

He is a proud ambassador for several charity organisations including the McGrath Foundation, Cancer Council Australia, Canteen and Melanoma Institute.
