Fiona Wilhelm

Fiona’s career tenure spans 25+ years in global Digital Advertising agencies and Professional Services firms within 'The Big 4'.

Having rolled  out innovation initiatives in Australia, the UK and Singapore, she is now squarely focused on assisting leaders and employees to identify how they can embrace and work WITH AI to create a more engaged and empowered workforce.

In her ‘ day job’,  she is part of a team spearheading the rollout of AI tools to over 10,000 staff. She works with KPMGs divisions to establish new use cases to reduce repetitive tasks, giving employees more time to focus on more high value human tasks.

Outside of work, she finds time for passion projects such as authoring articles for various blogs, participating in podcasts, and providing coaching services.

Through her work and advocacy, Fiona Wilhelm inspires individuals to embrace change and thrive in the ever-evolving world of work.
