Vanessa Stoykov
Vanessa Stoykov is a dynamic and charismatic financial educator, with a passion for teaching people through stories on how to effectively manage their finances.
Vanessa Stoykov has dedicated a quarter of a century to sharing stories around the finance world, with a unique ability to communicate in a way that is understandable and engaging to all. In 1999 Vanessa founded the ‘Evolution Media Group’ at age 26, and currently works as the group CEO and chief storyteller, hosting TV and video programs, and regularly writing for various audiences.
A born storyteller with expertise in creating precise, engaging and educational content, Vanessa has made numerous award-winning TV productions including Network Nine programs, Secrets of The Money Masters and The Bottom Line; featuring identities like Bryce Courtenay, Ita Buttrose, Michael Klim, Kyah Simon, Bernard Foley and most recently, Wicked Problems, Visionary Investors featuring finance industry experts. She is also a regular commentator in the media, sharing her expertise with organisations such as News.com.au, Sydney Morning Herald, Sunrise, and ABC. Vanessa is currently partnered with ‘Big W’ as their money educator to assist with cost-of-living pressures, and equip Australian families with strategies when shopping.
In 2007 Vanessa founded her own business, ‘No More Practice Education’, specialising in financial content and communications. Her online learning business is the largest video education portal for financial advisers in Australia, with over 20,000 financial professionals and reaching over 80% of the Australian advisor market. Vanessa has published two books, the best-seller ‘The Breakfast Club for 40 Somethings’, and ‘The Five Conversations About Money That Will Radically Change Your Life’, and collaborated with various brands worldwide to create stories about how effective money strategies empower people to take an active interest in their own financial wellbeing.
Originally a financial journalist, Vanessa has gained deep relationships with the financial services industry. She is a co-founder of the ‘Fund Executives Association’, which brought together some of the leading minds in the superannuation industry, centered around professional development and education of super fund executives. Vanessa is also a member of Chief Executive Women.
