As an entrepreneur and e-commerce expert, Paul Greenberg is regarded as the pioneer of online retail in Australia. Having previously co-founded online department store, Deals Direct, Paul is currently the founder and executive chairman of nora.org.au, The Voice of New Retail in Australia. 

In 2004, Paul co-founded Deals Direct, and worked closely with eBay Australia to introduce a new wave of retail. Paul has also worked in several executive roles within Afterpay, Urge, Criteo, Paperless, ADSone, Reed Exhibition Group and FIRAE. 

In 2011, Paul was presented with the inaugural Industry Recognition Award at the Online Retail Industry Awards, where he was recognised for his contribution to the development of online retail. 

In 2013, Paul was named one of Inside Retail’s 50 Most Powerful Retailers. 

Paul is also a registered psychologist, with a keen interest in organisational and entrepreneurial psychology. He has published two books, including ‘Africa to the ASX’ and ‘New Retail – It’s Not Online or Offline’. 

As a speaker, Paul is engaging and shares his passion for entrepreneurship, retail, and business, providing a thought-provoking and inspiring presentation.
