Successful entrepreneur, speaker, and founder and CEO of Happier
As the founder of Happier, Nataly Kogan helps both individuals and organisation realise their full potential. Using scientific strategies and practises, Nataly is passionate about improving everyone’s well-being, both physically and psychologically.
Nataly’s life is one filled with barriers. From being a teenage Russian refugee having to learn English, to battling it out as a venue capitalist in a predominantly male industry, she understands how to overcome seemingly overwhelming setbacks and obstacles.
Her career includes holding top positions at McKinsey and Co, Hudson Ventures, as well as serving as the only female board member at Constant Contact. Nataly has also worked at Microsoft's Future of Social Experiences Lab (FUSE), and served as Vice President of Consumer Experience at WHERE.
Despite her long list of successful achievements, Nataly still felt unfulfilled with her life. She was sceptical of the positive effects associated with gratitude, kindness and mindfulness, however, began implementing the strategies into her life in the hope to see a change.
The more Nataly applied these techniques, the more she immersed herself into the research surrounding the techniques, and ultimately the happiness it was causing in both her professional and personal lives.
Rather than chasing her career, money and success, Nataly dedicated her life to helping others find their happy, just like she found hers. With that mission, Nataly founded Happier, which has since built a community of fans.
Nataly’s work has been featured across media platforms, including in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, as well as appearing on ‘Dr. Oz’, Bloomberg TV, and ‘One World’.
As a highly sought-after speaker, Nataly has appeared at numerous events including the Million Dollar Roundtable, Fortune's Tech Brainstorm, Harvard Women's Leadership Conference, TEDx Boston, and many more.
