In October 2025, Aileen released her first book, 'The Joy of CEHX, the Casual Hookup to Understanding the Customer, Employee, and Human eXperience' which quickly became a best-seller. Aileen uses her degree in PR and Marketing Communications as well as her 20+ years of leading CX in organisations like Bunnings AU/NZ and Officeworks to edutain audiences all over the world who are looking for that invigoration to amplify their CEHX and then transfer those lessons into helping them, their customers and their employees in living a value driven life. Something Aileen is especially considerate of as a practicing Clinical Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. An unusual combination of business and health but one that allows Aileen to take the conversation further than most can and interpret the needs of her clients and their audience with greater skill, delivering in turn more in-depth and intrinsically actionable insights.
Aileen loves to work closely with event organisers to create bespoke speaking packages based on your audience and their learning needs. These can include but are not limited to:
- Mystery shopping or
- Visiting on site to see business from her client's point of view (operational observations) using insights to share with the audience
- Additional learning and workshop opportunities for your audience
