Alongside her business partner Don Peppers, she has authored nine best-selling books which have sold well over a million copies in 18 languages. Their first book, "The One To One Future”, was published in 1993 and quickly pioneered the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) movement of the 1990’s.

Since then, they continue to write ground-breaking books on the dynamic landscape of business and customer relations, including the graduate-level textbook “Managing Customer Experience and Relationships”, as well as their latest book “Extreme Trust: Turning Proactive Honesty and Flawless Execution into Long-Term Profits”.

Martha and Don’s successful writing career would inspire them to create the Peppers & Rogers Group shortly after. As a leading customer-centric management consulting firm, Martha and Don have helped large organisations improve their relationships with customers. Martha also led large research studies within the firm, exploring different aspects of CRM like direct-to-consumer selling.
