As a respected media commentator and journalist, Alan Kohler has worked in all forms of media. He is the founder of Eureka Report and Business Spectator. Currently hosting 'Inside Business' on ABC, Alan also works as the finance presenter on ABC News.
In 1970, Alan's career as a financial journalist began. He was able to travel the world, before returning to Melbourne and took up the role as the Chanticleer columnist at the Australian Financial Review.
Alan went on to become Editor of the Financial Review, then Editor of The Age, before entering the world of television. He worked as the Business and Economics correspondent for ABC's '7:30 Report', whilst continuing to write pieces for The Age, Sydney Morning Herald and The Fiancial Review.
