Previously consulting at the Boston Consulting Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney and Copenhagen, Adam worked with major retail, media and consumer clients, providing applicable growth strategies, before venturing into entrepreneurship.

Interested in the influence technology has on changing society, Adam aims to build global companies that have a positive influence and impact on the future. Previous studies in Philosophy, Marketing and Management has shaped how Adam leads and communicates with this teams, clients and consumers.

In 2011, Adam founded The Iconic, with a focus on customer experience, leadership, communication and the power great teams have.

Adam was awarded the Young Executive of the Year in 2014 and was runner up for Managing Director of the Year, by the CEO Magazine’s annual awards in the same year.
