With more than 30 years’ experience spanning business, finance and personal development, Kim brings together sharp commercial insight and a deeply human, playful approach. Backed by a Bachelor of Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, she blends strategic thinking with real-world wisdom. Kim challenges people to stop waiting, start moving, and step into an even bigger game, especially when the next move feels inconvenient, unclear or a little scary. Often described as a friendly wake-up call, Kim has a gift for shaking up the status quo and helping people reconnect with what’s really calling them.
Kim spent the first two decades of her career in the corporate world, working across stockbroking, financial advising training, relationship management and consulting with organisations including Credit Suisse First Boston, Citibank, NAB/MLC, Northumberland Group (UK) and The Money Managers. She built and led teams, coached high-performing professionals and advised businesses of all sizes on growth and strategy. At the height of her corporate career, Kim made a defining decision, turning down what looked like her “dream job” with a top US consulting firm to pursue a more aligned path.
In 2010, Kim left corporate life to launch and grow businesses aligned with her values, proving that impact, fulfilment and commercial success don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Since then, Kim has become a trusted mentor and strategic guide, supporting others to trust themselves, make bold decisions and act on what matters most.
A seasoned judge for prestigious business, finance and accounting awards, Kim strongly believes that real results come from action, not perfection. Whether on stage or in a masterclass, her sessions are story-led, practical and grounded in lived experience, creating moments that move people from insight into action. Away from work, Kim still dreams of being a Broadway dancer, a professional baseball player, and remains proudly devoted to her role as a (Staffy) dog whisperer.
