Passionate disrupter and entrepreneur with a flare for communication
Charlie Caruso founded PuggleFM - an online radio station that is marketed to families. Following this successful creation Caruso went on to form Puggle Productions and Curiosity Productions to take on and ‘disrupt’ mainstream video production to increase access to engaging and quality content.
As a well-respected speaker, producer, author, business consultant and now a disruption specialist, Charlie combines her creativity and business mind to maximise her impact and utilise her time accordingly. Caruso applies these principles to her speaking and consulting roles to ensure her clients get maximum advantage.
Charlie has been recognised for her ability to transform and disrupt traditional media methods and received the Special Inspiration Recognition Award at the 2013 WAITTA Awards Gala night in recognition of her contribution to ICT. Caruso was also listed in the Young Entrepreneur Awards 30under30.
A published author, Charlie released “Understanding Y: #andYyoushould”, a broad look into the disconnect between reality and perception and surrounding the GenY group, in 2014, which was co-written with some of the greatest GenY talents including Bernard Salt.
