Filmmaker & Speaker
Creating the world’s first Sherpa rescue team on Mt. Everest — and building the project from scratch, including a global TV series — was only one part of my journey. Over the years, I have also created and captured stories across all seven continents: from the heights of Everest to the depths below the ocean through scuba diving expeditions.
This is a world-breaking achievement, not just in adventure but in storytelling — bringing to light voices, environments, and challenges that many never see.
While all of the above and beyond is inspiring; it is his relationship with his Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that forced him to look beyond what he had always done.
These experiences give me a unique vantage point: I’ve stood in the death zone above 8,000 metres, and I’ve breathed alongside sharks and corals in the silent world below. Across these extremes, the universal lessons I’ve witnessed about resilience, leadership, empathy, and system change are powerful — and they translate directly into the challenges faced by leaders, teams, and organisations today.
My talks are not simply stories of adventure — they are leadership frameworks forged in the most extreme conditions on Earth, designed to help audiences rethink what’s possible in their own environments.
