Susie Youssef

As a comedian, actor, writer and improviser, Susie Youssef knows how to keep an audience on their toes and entertained. She captures their attention and doesn’t let go until the end of her performance.

Youseff is a comedian who has appeared in several Australian television shows including Rosehaven, No Activity, How Not To Behave, The Chaser’s Media Circus and The Checkout. In 2014, she played the lead role in the stage production of The Boat People, an award-winning play by the Hayloft Project.

She also regularly performs stand-up on stage and after a sold-out run at the Sydney Fringe Festival, she made her debut solo performance at the Melbourne and Sydney Comedy Festivals, with her sketch comedy show, ‘Sketchual Chocolate’. Susie is a regular at the Sydney Comedy Store and the Giant Dwarf Theatre, and has performed nationally at Splendour in the Grass, Secret Garden Festival and Homebake, and internationally at Improvaganza, Dad’s Garage and The Del Close Marathon.

In 2015, Youssef returned to the comedy festival scene with a second solo show titled Owl Eyes On You. During this time, she also appeared in other television series including Community Kitchen, About Tonight, The Checkout and Game Night. Yousseff had recurring roles in the television comedy series How Not to Behave, Whose Line Is It Anyway? Australia, No Activity and Rosehaven, and a guest role in Here Come the Habibs in 2016.

In 2017, Youssef toured with her comedy show Behave Youssef. She has also been a guest on The Project, All Star Family Feud, Celebrity Name Game, Have You Been Paying Attention? and Hughesy, We Have a Problem.

In 2020, Youssef was confirmed as one of ten Australian comedians to compete for $100,000 on the experimental reality television series Last One Laughing Australia hosted by Rebel Wilson and screening on Amazon Prime in June
