Steve's journey took a pivotal turn after a back injury prompted him to switch careers, leading him to work with one of Australia's foremost trade and service providers. It was during this phase that he crossed paths with the co-founders of a multi-award winning sales coaching business, Ryan Tuckwood and Jack Corbett.
Under their direct mentorship and coaching, Steve underwent a profound transformation in both his sales performance and his perception of the sales domain. Despite his background as a tradesperson, he harnessed the power of effective communication, fundamentally altering the trajectory of his life.
Setting a modest goal for himself, a mere 18 months later, Steve seized the opportunity to become a part of the team, embarking on a journey that has left a significant impact. He ascended through the ranks to ultimately assume the role of Head of Sales and a Senior Coach. In this capacity, Steve collaborates with some of the world's largest corporations, including AMEX, National Storage, Westpac, Metricon, Machines 4U, and more.
Beyond his professional life, Steve's passion for rugby league, particularly his allegiance to the South Sydney Rabbitohs, shines through. He often employs sports analogies to underscore his firm belief that the effort invested today will yield rewards in the future. He lives by the mantra, "Have you produced reasons, or results?"
Throughout his journey, Steve has encountered numerous setbacks but has emerged stronger, enriched by invaluable lessons. His unwavering commitment to success has opened doors to learn from exceptional mentors, including renowned public speaking coach Harry Singha, who has coached luminaries such as Tony Robbins, Richard Branson, and Robert Kiyosaki. Today, Steve is a global stage presence, disseminating this company's sales coaching methodology to audiences worldwide.
