Jacqui Louder is one of Australia’s highest profile and most prominent Sport and Performance Psychologists. A highly respected leadership coach and high-performance strategist known for helping individuals, teams, and organisations unlock elite performance both on and off the field. With a strong background in developing winning cultures within sporting clubs including AFL and NRL Football Leagues, the National Netball League, and at World University, Commonwealth and Olympic Games levels.
Jacqui is currently the consulting psychologist with Melbourne Storm in the NRL, having just finished 8 years with the Collingwood Football Club. She spent many years on the National Motocross / Supercross / and Superbikes circuits, and over a decade consulting to the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA). Amongst other high performing clients Jacqui has consulted / worked with Tennis Australia, Victorian Institute of Sport, North Melbourne and Werribee Football Clubs, the Australian Croquet Team, Melbourne Vicentre Swimming Club and high-pressure environments, Jacqui has worked alongside emerging and elite talent to build confidence, resilience, leadership, and long-term success.
Her experience includes supporting some of Australia’s top professional athletes, coaching teams, and guiding organisations to create high-performing cultures that deliver sustainable results. Jacqui is well recognised for her media work and specialist opinion on major mental health and sporting issues, and her work in mentoring young athletes and helping sporting professionals navigate the pressures of performance, mindset, leadership, and career growth.
