Naba Masad Alfayadh

Dr Naba Masad Alfayadh is a General Practice Registrar, public health leader and serial social entrepreneur whose work has supported more than three million people globally.

Based in Naarm on Wurundjeri Country, she is the Founder of 4 social equity ventures. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Rahma Health, a global charity delivering culturally safe health and parenting education. 

A former Iraqi refugee and mother, Naba works at the intersection of medicine, technology and social innovation to advance health equity. She is the winner of the 2025 Telstra Business of the Year and has volunteered extensively in humanitarian and global health settings, including in Iraq, refugee camps in Jordan and Uganda.

Dr Naba is a very experienced public speaker, and can speak about multicultural family health, and how to build equitable systems in health that include the most marginalised.
