Author, Consultant, Curator and Activist
Tasneem, born in Kenya with Indian origins, raised in country Victoria, is a seasoned Cross Cultural Consultant passionate about diversity and equity. She helps organizations embrace inclusion, using an intersectional lens to foster innovation and profitability. Tasneem develops DE&I policies, manages projects, and runs leadership programs for government and non-profits.
As a media presenter and keynote speaker, she addresses topics like gender-based violence and Women of Colour representation, speaking at national and international events. Tasneem serves as a WoC Ambassador and was named an Anti-Racism Champion by the Australian Human Rights Commission.
She holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology and a Masters in International Development, with recognition as a Distinguished Alumni of La Trobe University and an Adjunct Fellow at Victoria University.
