Susie Burrell is one of Australia’s leading dietitians and is known for her extensive knowledge of food, eating behaviour and weight control. Susie holds an Honours degree in both Nutrition & Dietetics & Psychology and a Masters of Coaching Psychology.

Throughout her career, Susie has held various roles, including serving as a pediatric dietitian at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, working as a sports dietitian with elite teams like the Parramatta Eels, St George Illawarra Dragons, and Sydney University Sport, and spending 12 years as the resident dietitian on a highly-rated morning show.

Presently, Susie dedicates her time to co-hosting the immensely popular podcast, The Nutrition Couch, which has garnered over 3 million downloads. She also continues to provide remote consultations, specializing in weight management for women during the peri-menopausal phase and offering guidance to executives seeking peak performance through proper nutrition.

In her personal life, Susie is a mother to twin boys named Gus and Harry, who keep her engaged in activities like fetching rugby and soccer balls. She secretly enjoys constructing Lego houses and always has a captivating series and a good book in progress.
