Known for his free-flowing style, Dave has built a global reputation. His success as a comic has quickly broadened into a range of performance credits on TV, radio and stage.

In 2007, Dave's solo debut performance at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival earned him a nomination for 'Best Newcomer'. He has returned to the Comedy Festival each year since.

Two years later, he made his debut performance at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe with Allow Me to Introduce Myself.

In 2010, his success and sell-out shows earned him an invitation to Montreal's prestigious Just For Laughs festival. This was a big year for him as he also returned to the Edinburgh Fringe for his second season to perform his show, A Different Type of Normal. He wrapped up his 2010 international tour at the Nando's Cape Town Comedy Festival in South Africa, where he performed again in 2011.

His TV credentials include regular appearances as a co-host on The Project and the host of the first three seasons of Channel 31's Studio A. Studio A would go on to win 'Best Live Show' and 'Most Outstanding Program of The Year' at the 2009 Channel 31 Antenna Awards. He has also hosted Channel Nine's 20 to 1 alongside Erin Molan and made appearances on ABC TV's Spicks and Specks, Agony Uncles, and Network Ten's Hughesy, We Have A Problem. Dave has also been a guest on Network Ten's Talking' 'bout Your Generation, Good News Week and as a weekly panel member in the first season of Channel 7's The White Room. His stand-up has been televised on Good Morning Australia, the Melbourne Cup special of Stand-up Australia, and Rove.

In addition to his work as a comedian, Dave is also quite the actor, landing roles in Channel Nine's smash hit House Husbands and ABC TV's Upper Middle Bogan.

In 2012, Dave's show, The Some of All Parts, was a smash hit on the Australian comedy festival circuit.

In 2014, Dave landed one of Australia's most sought-after breakfast radio shows. He co-hosted Melbourne's Fox FM breakfast radio show alongside Fifi Box for fours years before deciding to wrap it up at the end of 2017.
